2. Catering Services

• Service Duration: Our catering services are provided for a maximum duration of six (6) hours.
• Setup Time: We require a 30-minute setup period before the start of catering or event. This time allows our team to ensure all elements are properly organized and prepared for your guests.
• Package Upgrades: Clients may request upgrades to their selected catering package on the day of the event, subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Payment Terms: We accept payment in cash or by card. For transparency and convenience, all payments should be finalized upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional Charges:
  • Cup Additions: A surcharge of 25 QR will be applied for each additional cup served beyond the initial agreement.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery charges vary based on the event’s location and will be confirmed upon booking.
• Downpayment: A non-refundable 20% downpayment is required to secure the booking, payable no later than one day before the event date.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on the day of the event are not permitted. If the client cancels the event without prior notice, the downpayment will be forfeited.

3. Menu and Service Customization

• We strive to provide a customized and memorable experience. However, all menu items and services are subject to availability. Ten Percent Specialty Coffee reserves the right to make substitutions if certain items or ingredients are unavailable on the event day.
• Any customization requests must be submitted during the booking process. Last-minute changes are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

4. Liability and Limitations

• While we take utmost care in our services, Ten Percent Specialty Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, interruptions, or any failure to perform our catering services caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or allergies that may occur as a result of food or drink consumption. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking.

5. Community Engagement and Social Responsibility

• Ten Percent Specialty Coffee is committed to creating a positive community impact. Ten percent of the profits from catering services and general sales are directed to charity, aligning with our mission to give back to those in need. By engaging our services, you are contributing to our social responsibility initiatives.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Ten Percent Specialty Coffee website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
